Light, large furnished double room available. In the room is a wardrobe, double bed, chair and chest of drawers. A desk is available if you would like one in the room.

The house is light and spacious, consisting of large shared living room, dinning kitchen, utility and bathroom. Reliable broadband throughout. Outside front and rear gardens, including patio.

Also present for half of the week is my very well behaved (except with food!) miniature labradoodle.

In the locality: 5 minutes walk to Chesterfield road for buses, cafes, restaurants, shops, Virgin gym etc.

I'm more of a lark than a night owl. I also enjoy sport and being active.
