Light, large furnished double room available. In the room is a wardrobe, double bed, chair, desk and chest of drawers.

The house is light and spacious, consisting of a large shared living room, dinning kitchen, utility, bathroom and downstairs toilet. Reliable broadband throughout. Outside front and rear gardens, including sunny patio at the back.

Also present for half of the week is my very well behaved (except with food!) and very cute miniature labradoodle.

In the locality: 5 minutes walk to Chesterfield road for buses, cafes, restaurants, shops, gym etc. 2 minutes to Meersbrook Park.

I'm more of a lark than a night owl. I also enjoy sport and being active. The room would suit someone looking for a relaxing, clean and calm environment to live in.
