Double room in terrace house in Central hillsborou

I have 2 double rooms to rent in my house in Sheffield, Hillsborough. I have just started a job in Nottingham and am moving there. I have been trying to sell my house but the market is not very good at the moment so im going to rent the rooms in the house whilst trying to sell/wait until next year. The minimum notice period i will give you to move is 3 months, until then it will be a rolling contract or until you give your notice of 4 weeks. I will sometimes come and stay in the single room but not often.
Hillsborough is a great place to live, hillsborough park is at the bottom of the road with the high street.
