Housemate wanted: double bedroom near city centre

Looking for one housemate in a 2 bedroom house. Available for professionals. Really just looking for someone who is friendly, chill, and clean.

The rent is £425, bills are roughly £100, and council tax is about £80 (band C) per person per month. So in total you would be paying around £650 per month.

The house is 3 floors and contains large 5 rooms and a basement. The room to rent is a double bedroom (12m^2) which contains a large wardrobe, small double bed (can easily fit in a double bed), and a smalldesk.

I'm a software engineer working in office and at home. I'm very outdoorsy and do many activities like: climbing, hiking, wild camping, trail running, caving, kayaking, mountaineering, backpacking etc. I'm always out at the weekends usually in peak district or another national parks. Would love somebody to join me! I'm a very chill & laid-back person but love to be active.

The house is fully furnished and also contains of a lot of my stuff which you're free to use and borrow anytime! I've lived here for 4 years now.

Pets are allowed (would love to share a pet). Parking is available outside the house. There is a small shared concrete slab area out the back.
