Double and single rooms in Central Sheffield

The house is a 3 bed terrace in Highfield, Sheffield. I live at the property and have one double room and one single room available for rent.

Outside there's a garden, shed and patio. Inside there's a dining kitchen and lounge downstairs, a double bedroom, single room and bathroom on the first floor, and a double room in the attic. We have a cleaner come once a month. Downstairs there's a cellar for storage. Neighbours are quiet and friendly.

We're pretty close to the ring road and Bramall Lane football ground. It takes around 15 minutes to walk into town (the Moor or train station) and around 5 minutes to cycle. We're pretty close to three large supermarkets - Asda, Waitrose and Aldi. Asda is 5 minutes walk, the others more like 15.

One room is currently furnished, the other not, but both are available furnished if required.

Bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband) are not included but are fairly low given it’s a small terrace. Council tax is Band A.

There's a washing machine, decent broadband and space to store one or more bikes. I don't have a TV but don't mind if you bring one or we can get one. I listen to music more at home, and am often out anyway seeing people or in the Peaks.
