Spacious attic room nr Heeley with great views

This warm, light and spacious attic room has generous storage with views out to the Peaks. The room has a walk in wardrobe at the first floor entrance and more storage in the room itself. There is also a desk and an easy chair or sofa in the room (your choice), kettle with room for a fridge and microwave if you require.

The kitchen is a good size and perfect if you like to cook. There's a spacipus breakfast bar to enjoy your meals at. The bathroom is shared and perfectly lovely.

The house is on a quiet street with on street parking. A variety of bus routes go from the bottom of the road into town and are very regular. The centre of town is a 10min cycle or bus ride and a 5 min car ride. Similar to universities. There is a Post office, medical centre, dentist, cash machines and local shops 2 mins walk away. Ancient woodland areas are 5 mins walk away.

Personal space is very much respected, but also happy to share some meals and social time as and when.

I like to compost, use eco products in the house and recycle as best I can.

I am looking for someone who is friendly, easy going, respectful and considerate.

Would ideally suit someone who has an occupation/study that takes them away from the house during the majority of their work/study hours as I work from home seeing 1 to 1 clients on some days.

I eat mostly vegetarian meals with very occasional fish/meaty meals. The household would suit someone who mainly cooks veggie as well.

All household cleaning products, loo roll and other household sundries included. Maintaining cleanliness of common areas is a shared responsibility.
