Large room ret 600 & deposit 600. Small room Deposit is £500 & Small room rent is £500 a month inclusive of all bills including council tax., payable in advance. Rent will increase each year by 5-7% to account for inflation and rising utility costs etc.
The house has a fully fitted kitchen with 2 washing machines and bathroom with all mod cons. There is a common reception room / dining table room with dining pool table and walled Sat TV, Printer Copier etc. Each bedroom also has a walled SAT TV. Free WIFI is also installed.
My Son & Daughter also have their own rooms (Tyrine 1 & Tyamy 2) who will be studying at SHU (Banking & Finance) & King Edwards 6th Form (Chemistry & Biology). They are also very friendly and trilingual (English, Spanish & Thai).
The house is close to tram stop but within walking distance of West st & Town centre, SHU & US. Shops, post office, pharmacy and hospitals are close by with Tesco's superstore only 300m walk away. Street parking is available on the surrounding streets.

If tenants have a specified request for any particular item of equipment or appliance etc then everything possible will be done to accommodate a tenants needs. Good Landlord!

There is one large double bedroom available with brand new Kingsize pine bed, new mattress, new 40" walled smart tv, wifi, own fridge freezer in kitchen. 550 a month for rent along with shared access to the dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Tenancy contract is rolling.

Each tenant gets there own fridge freezer and a smart TV in their room.
