Spacious double room to rent in S11

A spacious double room available for a young professional / postgrad / mature student near Endcliffe Park. Ideally, we are looking for another female flatmate, but will consider anyone. We are LGBTQ+ friendly. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider couples.

The first-floor, south facing room contains a spacious walk-in wardrobe as well as a chest of drawers, bookshelf, bedside table, desk and comfortable double bed. It also has a large south facing window over the garden. I am quite relaxed when it comes to decorating, I just ask that you run anything major past me first :).

There is a shared living room with smart TV (streaming platforms available to use). There is also a shared dining room, kitchen and a garden. The garden is south facing and has seating. In the kitchen there is plenty of storage and the basement also has some storage (although it can get a bit damp down there…).

There is 1 full bathroom and a separate toilet which are both shared.

All bills included (incl. Council Tax). The wifi was recently upgraded so is super fast and has great connection throughout the house. A parking permit is available to purchase directly from the council for on-street parking.

Pets may be considered.

The other occupants (couple - 2xF) and I (F) are young professionals / mature students. We enjoy getting together for games nights, climbing and exploring in the peaks. We also love a good movie night.
