Room for Professional or PhD/MA students

We are looking for someone to share our cosy and well-maintained house. The furnished room includes a bed, mattress, desk, chair, and wardrobes.

The rent covers council tax, water, and Wi-Fi. This single room is available in a wonderful home located in Crookes. The occupant shares a living room, bathroom and kitchen.

The modern kitchen has a fridge, freezer, washer, microwave, oven, lounge, dining area, and a garden at the rear.

The house is less than 5 minutes from Sainsbury’s, Co-op, local shops, cafes, eateries, GP practice, dentists, and the post office. Additionally, there are convenient bus routes into the city centre.

Our housemates are friendly and quiet

Rent includes council tax, water, and wifi. Electricity and gas are also included up to a certain limit, with any amount above the limit being shared and paid by housemates.

On-street parking is available, and there is plenty of free parking on nearby side roads. Full referencing will be conducted, including proof of status.
