Ensuite double room in friendly home

A double bedroom with ensuite shower is available to rent in our warm and charming home. There is also access to our kitchen, bathroom, sitting room and lovely garden.

We are two professionals with young children and we are looking for a lodger (female preferred) who we will feel comfortable welcoming into our house. We are friendly and considerate people and we would potentially be happy for you to bring a pet if you have one (with the exception of dogs we're afraid). We are looking for someone who is also considerate and who is clean, tidy and pleasant/thoughtful/fun company.

In terms of our interests, we are very much an outdoors family. We go running in the nearby woods, love visiting the Peak District National Park and like to wild swim. We also like reading and have a lot of books and like lots of types of music.

Our road backs on to beautiful ancient woodland, we have several nearby golf courses, shops are nearby at Beauchief and at Greenhill Village, and one can easily catch a bus from the end of our road into Sheffield City Centre. We are also not far from Chesterfield and Dronfield and are 5 minutes drive from the Peak District.
