Current housemate is moving out, he bought a flat so some uncertainty around moving date, but estimated he’s leaving in Jan. Posting in case any people planning for the future. Will update move in date as I know :)
Double room available in lovely 2 bed house 1 min walk from top of Meersbrook Park. Near local coffee shops, vegan and Korean restaurants on Chesterfield rd.

Lovely house with big garden, near the park, open plan lounge situation :) Is 3 bed technically but planning on living 2 total for a while,

Furnished, I live in as owner and looking for lodger/ friend to share the beautiful space with me. I work as GP trainee 4 days a week (not from home).

Interests include hiking, cooking, gardening, jigsaws, foraging, hoop dance, gigs, hagglers, having friends over for food/ films/ games/ bbqs.

I have people around rarely and a boyfriend, but someone who is okay with peace, and people, would fit :) it’s nice having a space for housemates to rest etc 💫 and can have good parties outside the house if we wish!

BIg private grassed garden + veg patch for yoga/ exercise/ sunbathing (good luck), BBQs etc.

+ large attic room for extra living space/ yoga/ friends to stay, and study room.

Rent £650 month + bills due to location, extra 2 rooms communal, garden and double room :)
