Hiya,

I have a double room becoming available in a modern professional Townhouse shared a stones throw from the bus station. One room is priced at £550pcm

Sharing with professionals - We would ideally would like someone from mid 20’s onwards who is friendly, respectful and clean! The house is immaculate and we want to keep it that way :)

The house is literally a 3 minute walk from the bus stop 10 minutes walk from tram stop and 15 minutes walk from train station. The house has all amenities within a 10 -15 minute radius such as a beautiful green park just beside the property, an on-site gym, grocery store etc.

The house has a large kitchen/diner with living area, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets and green common court yard garden all to be shared. The kitchen has a large fridge and freezer, a washing machine and dryer, an oven, combi microwave, 4 induction hobs and enough separate storage space to facilitate all sharers.

The rooms are furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe with chest of drawers and bedside study table area. There are also locks to the bedroom doors. Decor in all rooms is the same. They just vary in layouts.

Additionally I will be leaving some of my stuff behind like my TV if I’m not able to move it. Might as well get yourself a free TV 🙌🏻

- And the best part Council Tax is also included
