Large room in 3 bed house - Mon to Fri

The room

Hello,

Looking for a weekday lodger to join me and my 2 cats, Rum and Raisin. If you like peace and quiet, a tidy house, plants, cats, and loads of daylight then this could be for you. The house is a 3 bed semi detached with large garden. Description of spaces below - all communal spaces would be shared :)

I usually work from the office 3 days a week and from home 2 days. In the evenings I go running, cycling, boxing or seeing friends. I think the room would suit someone working in Sheffield during the week, who wants a quiet home and friendly conversation after work.

The Room
The room is the whole of the top floor so is pretty big and has an excellent view over Sheffield. Currently has a double bed with under bed storage, futon, single wardrobe, drawers, desk and shelving. Happy to move furniture out/in as needed. Plants can also be moved out.

Bathroom
Shared bathroom with a large shower.

Kitchen/dining
There is a decent sized kitchen with dining room leading off it with log burner, table, chairs and sofa.

Living room
Separate living room with sofa, chair, TV etc.

Garden
The garden is large and if you like gardening you would be more than welcome to plant and grow! There are a couple of sheds and storage for bikes etc.

Location and parking
The house is in Woodseats, with easy access to Abbeydale Road and Chesterfield Road. Bus into the city centre takes 20 mins. Cycling takes 10 mins. If you've got a car, you can park on the road outside the house. Great access to lovely running routes and for cycling into peaks.
