Friendly, creative house - can consider pets

I'm Molly, the owner and live-in landlord of a cosy, colourful house in Walkley. I live with Katharine, an actor (I work as a journalist). The house is a two-minute walk from Asda and a number of other shops, cafes and restaurants, plus Walkley library. The 52 bus stop is a 4-minute walk uphill and the 95 one is a 4-minute walk downhill. Both buses get you into town in around 15 minutes. We have a couple of nearby churches and the Sheffield Buddhist Centre is a short walk away. Up the hill is Bole Hill recreation ground, which leads right out into the Peaks.

Our house is a welcoming place where there are often friends or family popping by. We're looking for someone reasonably social, and are happy to consider cats and other pets. I'd be interested in someone who would be happy to share shopping and food as I often find things are cheaper and space is used better that way.

A NOTE ON BILLS:

The bills per person per month (if split equally three-ways) would have been £101.76 for the month of December. We can assume it would be lower for summer. But hopefully that gives you an idea of how much they would be.

That includes internet, gas, electricity, water, TV license, building insurance and council tax.
