I have a nice quiet house very close to abbeydale road and woodseats. The room is a spacious attic room with sky light. It is on good bus routes and there is no problem with on street parking.

I am a live in landlord, professional who works with children in social work and is social and easy going.

I wanting someone who does not work from
home, is clean and respectful. I am looking for a short term arrangement but could be open to long term providing we enjoy living together.

Bills will be included, minus your council tax.

There is currently a desk and chair, sofa bed and clothes rail in there and a unit for storage. Ideally you have your own furniture, however I am open to sorting out the bed situation if you haven’t.
