A comfortable, well-equipped single room is available in a clean, friendly shared house. The room comes with new furniture, including a single bed, desk, and wardrobe. Rent is £390 per month and includes all bills and Wi-Fi. (Please note: non-students will need to pay council tax separately circa 25£ PCM.)

The house is just a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus and tram stops, with direct routes to the city centre and university campus in about 15 minutes. The Arts Tower is a 20-minute walk away. Local amenities are excellent, with Asda, Aldi, and Tesco Extra all nearby.

The house is well looked after and kept clean and dry. It’s currently shared by one PhD student, and two young professionals , and we aim to maintain a friendly, respectful environment. The room would suit a student, postgraduate, or young professional looking for a calm and tidy place to live.

Onsite parking is available for residents—no permit needed.
