House in 5 person room nr Ecclesall Rd.

We’re looking for someone to sign up for a room in a house nr Eccy Rd.

4 current tenants are 2 men (23, 27) and 2 women (24, 26), consisting of a PhD student, a finishing masters student, and two teachers. We are all very friendly and enjoy group activities such as going to pub quizzes, playing badminton or having barbecues. Another friend would be very welcome.

Includes driveway with three spaces. (3 current drivers, but two with permits for roadside parking). Two bathrooms. Large living space and kitchen. Outdoor table in driveway. Room for new tenant is slightly bigger than the one pictured and has a second window. Council Tax band A.
