Hi, I am moving away for 5 months for business trips and putting my room up for rent. It's a wonderful house right next to the Botanical Garden and the happening Ecclesall Road, with TESCO and KFC within a 2-minute walk. You will be sharing the house with four lovely flatmates. We all enjoy occasional chit-chats and respect each other's private time. There is a small garden in the backyard where you can relax after a busy day.
The room is quite spacious and has a big window which gives lovely views of the trees at the botanical garden.
Parking is unfortunately not available.
