Double room in a large homely house

Hi!

Looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful who wants to be part of a household - possibly sharing cooking, doing things together, etc we're not looking for someone who hides in their room, but also not a big party animal 😅 somewhere in between would be great! Sharing with 2 professionals, who are often out and about but in the evenings if we're in we sometimes cook together and chill out or watch a film (more in winter).
I (Sean) own the house, I'm fairly sociable but quite particular about having a clean and tidy house, and being considerate and mindful towards each other. Trying to live simply, peacefully and sustainably is important to me, I enjoy sharing my house, space, friends and food when I feel there is mutual respect and kindness. I'm a climber among other things, but also like looking after my houseplants, cooking, reading and pottering around doing bits and bobs.

Kate is a doctor and is often quite busy! She is really lovely and enjoys running and cycling, making food and socialising, she's been away most weekends this year!
