Lovely garden with seating which gets the sun in the afternoon / evening.  There is a secure outbuilding to store bikes which you are more than welcome to use. 

Free on street parking next to property. The nearest bus stop is 1 minute walk away with the number 20 bus running regularly, its a 15-20 minute ride into town. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe. Green spaces include Brindley fields community garden 1 minute walk from the house, Meersbrook Park is a 5 minute walk, Graves park is a 15 minute walk.

There is a local Co-op shop a few minutes walk away

The house is shared with myself (female owner) and one other female housemate. We’re very friendly, relaxed, and easy to live with. Helen is an engineer who enjoys climbing in her spare time and being creative. My interests include cycling, being in nature, growing stuff, cooking, languages, and music. I'm a friendly calm person, I like to chat and am interested in many things and happy to share interests, cook together, watch TV. I also like to relax and have time alone to recharge. I like to compost, recycle, and reduce my impact on the environment if I can.

The house would suit someone looking for a relaxing, calm environment to live in. Ideally someone who would like somewhere to settle long term but also open to someone who wants a place for a shorter period with a minimum commitment of 6months.

The room is available from the 7th September.
