Large double room S11 for person over 24 inc bills

Share house with owner and one other. Includes bills. I have a large double room in the Hunters Bar area, Sheffield S11 available now. It would suit an easy going professional or mature student/post graduate aged over 24 years who does not smoke. It is a quiet and comfortable friendly house.

The room has a wooden floor and there is a double bed, wardrobe, desk/table, chest of drawers, armchair (optional), 1 shelving unit, ethernet cable socket, digital TV arial socket. There is central heating, washing machine, microwave, plumbed in water filter, dishwasher, juicer, power blender, dehydrator, fibre broadband in the house. There is free on street parking and space for a bicycle.

Rent is £435 a month including bills - electricity, gas, water, broadband, council tax. The house also gets cleaned regularly and the rent also includes environmental general cleaning materials, washing powder and loo rolls. I use a green energy supplier.

I will consider a short let of 2 - 3 months but the rent will be more.

Hunters Bar is a popular area to live and there are lots of amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants and cafes and Endcliffe Park and Ecclesall Road are close by. Not far from buses to the Centre and to the Peak District.
