- Single occupancy only
- Optional extra attic room available for personal use only (office, living area, dressing room, etc.) for additional rent. Bed can be removed for space.

- 4-bed house but maximum of 3 occupants (including myself)
- 2 bathrooms:
Bathroom 1: shower + toilet
Bathroom 2: shower only
- Shared access to kitchen/diner and living room
- Permit parking available (you can apply via the council)
- No smoking & no pets
