I'm ideally looking for a considerate housemate who cleans up after cooking, is happy to share kitchen items without bringing in unnecessary extras, and helps keep the downstairs areas minimal, tidy, and in keeping with the home's aesthetic. You're very welcome to decorate the bedroom as you like. A quieter tenant would be preferred and someone who goes to the gym as we would have that in common and will understand food prep.
