Double room available in a chill house

Hi. I am looking for a lodger for the spare room in my home in a quiet estate near top of Meersbrook park (Norton Lees).

I am open to short term let/mon-fri or other options and would adjust the rent accordingly.

The room is a double and is currently furnished with a bed, bedside table, in built cupboard and small set of drawers. I would be happy to remove any furniture if you wished to provide your own.

I am looking for someone friendly and relaxed who is used to sharing a space with others. During the week I'm generally busy with work/gym etc, but like to come home and relax in the evening.

I have varied interests from going to gigs, attending my book club, travelling etc.

The ideal lodger would be someone who does not work from home more than one or two days a week.
