Two rooms in a great house!

Hi there!

Myself (Will) and my mate (Luc) are looking for a student to fill in for a last minute dropout in this really nice house just off of ecclesall road. It’s a 4 bed house but the landlord has agreed to rent it out to three of us for the same price (£101 pppw) as their other three bed properties in the same area. They also said that they’d drop the price to £90 a week if we found a 4th which we’d be potentially interested in.

So the house itself is really nice! each bedroom is a double room with lots of space. Two of the rooms are on the first floor, and the other two are in the attic. There honestly isn’t a bad room, all of them are great, so no one will be drawing a short straw. There’s one bathroom and a spare toilet, a decent sized lounge, kitchen, dining room, and basement! The house is just off of Ecclesall road, still in the Sharow area and 2 mins away from Cemetery park. We want to go ahead with this house cuz it’s just such a good deal for what it is and we’ve just been unlucky with our mate deciding to dropout of uni after paying the deposit.

A little about us:
I’m Will and i’m a mature student (23) studying Psychology at the uni of. I’ve spent the last few years living in Canada so i love the outdoors, and sports like climbing, surfing and snowboarding. I also like playing music, cooking and baking. I’m pretty social n love a trip to the pub but not fussed on going out out. I like my space to be tidy, relaxed and respectful of others:)

Hi, i’m Luc, a mature PPE student at the University of Sheffield going into my second year. I’m fairly busy with studies and work during the week, so the house is generally a calm place to live and study, but I also enjoy being social, playing music, going to the gym and exploring the Peak District when I have time. I’m tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and looking to live with someone who’s easygoing and considerate so the house stays a comfortable place for everyone.

In terms of who we’re ideally looking for, we’d want another tidy mature student. We’re happy with male or female and are super inclusive! if we can jam and play music together then that’s a dream but we’re pretty chilled and just want someone that we can hangout with n maybe go for a cheeky pint with here n there but mostly just someone we can enjoy living with 🤠
