I’m looking for a female university student to take over my tenancy for a silver ensuite room at Sharman Court ( Broad Lane, S1 4FA).

It’s a really nice, comfortable room , you get your own ensuite bathroom, a 3/4 (small double) bed, and plenty of storage (wardrobe, shelves, under-bed space). The room is approx. 14.1 m², but it’s really well laid out so it feels spacious, and there’s a proper desk for studying. The flat is on the 2nd floor and you’ll be sharing the kitchen/living space with a female-preferred flat, which has a really nice vibe.

The building itself is great as well — there’s a study room, common room, courtyard, and on-site laundry, so everything’s super convenient.

The location is honestly ideal — it’s just a short walk to the University of Sheffield and really close to the city centre, shops, and transport.

Available: 4th July – 4th September
Rent: ~£120 per week
Council tax band: A (students exempt)
University students only (you’ll need a council tax exemption certificate)

You’ll just need to go through the official re-licensing process with the accommodation (deposit + first instalment).

Full takeover preferred, but shorter stays can be discussed.
