The house has a spacious and airy kitchen/diner and living room.
There are 2 bathrooms, so one bathroom would be yours most of the time.
The house is well located with parks and shops close by, easy bus routes into town, street parking available and supermarkets nearby.
I'm a friendly professional female myself, I like hiking, climbing, camping and being outdoors but also like a cosy night in with a good movie or a friendly chit-chat and like cooking and baking.
I do have a cat, so please be aware you must be okay with this and not have any allergies.
