Fully furnished kitchen with two large fridge freezers, plenty of cupboard space, washing machine and separate dryer.

This 5 person house has two bathrooms plus a separate additional toilet which is a great ratio for the current female housemates. One bathroom comes with a bath over the shower, the other bathroom comes with a shower as well as the separate toilet.

There is also a cosy cellar living room, outside rear yard and on-street parking which does not require a permit.

The rent includes gas, electric, water, council tax, broadband and a fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas.

The current housemates are all working professional females who moved in at different times and have created a calm, sociable and respectful home environment. The house suits someone looking for a clean, relaxed and easy-going place to live rather than a party house.

We’re looking for someone who is considerate, tidy and easy to live with, and who will fit in well with the existing household dynamic. The property tends to suit females looking for a comfortable and well-balanced shared home.
