Roommates Urgently Wanted for Sheffield Flat

The flat will be getting some renovations soon, including a new carpet and general touch-ups! And please excuse the few photos; my phone's camera is janky.

This flat's in Heritage Park, a minute's walk from Tesco and a tram stop, and also very close to ALDI. Sheffield Uni's main buildings are a 10 minute walk away, but the flat's very quiet as it's on the 4th floor. Parking is available for £15/month, as are pets. I'm considering getting a cat if everyone's fine with it, but this isn't set in stone.

I'm an English student who mostly likes to stay inside and do my own thing, but I'm always happy to go out with people! I enjoy cooking a lot and would love to share meals with people, so roommates with few dietary requirements are appreciated. I'd like the en-suite room for personal reasons and can pay a greater share of rent to account for this (currently £90 vs £85/wk).

As the tenancy can't be signed until I have more people, the property hasn't been reserved, so I'm in a big rush for roommates! If you're interested, please let me know!
