Double Bed in Crookesmoor - Spacious 6 Bed House

Hi we're looking for another person for our 6 bed house next year. The house is in Crookesmoor, a 15 minute walk from the Uni. We are two girls, and 3 boys, looking preferably for another girl as we are planning on having gender separate bathrooms.

Rent: £142 paid quarterly
Bills included (Utilities and TV license)
£200 deposit

The house is located 10 minutes walking distance from a Tesco superstore and 15 minutes away from an Aldi. The room is reasonably sized with a double bed, desk and lots of storage.
The amenities offered are two large bathrooms, a dishwasher, a washer-dryer, on street parking + private parking, a shared living room, and a separate dining room. The house also comes with a front and private back garden with a hot tub.

We are a varied group of students and are looking for another student to join us. There are currently two girls and three boys in this living arrangement, here are our names: Fleur, Keira, Olly, Steve and Jacob. Everyone is friendly and open to socialising, whether this means nights out or nights in. We all enjoy a few drinks at the pub or a night out but we also all enjoy some snacks and a movie or takeout and a kitchen chat. We are all tidy in communal spaces so ideally we would like someone who feels the same. Additionally we are planning on having separate bathrooms for the boys and girls.
