Hi! I am looking for someone to replace me in my contract for my studio for next year as I will be moving in with friends. I have lived here for 2 years and its a great studio. Its a Classic+ (136 per week) in Nurtur House near Kelham Island. Great location for Uni, city centre, groceries, gym and tram access. Contract starts Sept 5 and ends in Aug 28. I will likely be moving out sooner (mid July) so an earlier start date could be arranged. The only issue might be that my contract is for Advanced rent, so you pay the whole year in advance, deadline Aug 10. This might be able to be rearranged if you have a UK guarantor, but I didn't have one.
