Looking for a lodger for this sunny spacious double room on the 1st floor of a terraced house. It's fully furnished with everything you might need, including a desk and wardrobe.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there's a shared living room, where my huge collection of comics lives.
The house is walking distance from the city centre and 15 mins drive from the Peak District in a pretty well-connected area with a number of supermarkets, cafes etc nearby.
Another lodger Simon lives in the house long term, he's lovely and the vibe is pretty relaxed, private time and shared time are both enjoyed in equal measure.
