Room in lovely house overlooking Endcliffe Park!

Big room available in a lovely house with great flatmates (2 men 2 women, aged 25-26). This is the best house share I've ever lived in, and am gutted to be leaving for the following reasons!

1. Lovely flatmates
Two women, two men all aged 25-26. All tidy, social, really lovely people but also give each other space. Communal cooking, pub trips, movie nights, etc are all regular!

2. Big room and nice house.
Very spacious room with big windows and lots of natural light, high ceiling and double bed. House has two bathrooms and is in good nick, with a lovely garden. The picture doesn't do the room justice.

3. Lovely location
The house overlooks Endcliffe Park and is a few minutes walk to Sharrow Vale Road, which is absolutely lovely on a summer weekend

4. Extremely reasonable rent,
Rent is only 290 a month (not including bills, which with council tax (band A) come to about £100). Not quite sure how a such big room overlooking Endcliffe Park is only 290 a month but we'll take it! The landlord is the local vicar and assume that has something to do with the cheap rent.
