The room comes furnished with a double mattress and bed with storage boxes underneath, bedside tables, clothes rail, chest of drawers, and a sit/stand desk and chair.

In the rest of the house there’s:
• a porch to store shoes and coats
• a kitchen with table and chairs, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer
• a living room with large sofa bed and projector
• a bathroom with tub
• a small bricked garden (currently undergoing a glow up)
• a basement for storing some things

ABOUT THE AREA
Hillsborough is an underrated gem. The postcode is S6 1SG, and the house is a short walk from bus and tram stops, gyms, supermarkets, the main high street which has more shops like Boots, Specsavers, a plethora of charity shops, and perhaps the best bit about Hillsborough: the park. There’s a weekly Park Run, and Depot cafe at its centre which backs onto the walled garden.
