Premium En-Suite , the Forge

I’m moving and in need of someone to take over the 51 week contract. (Please)

(Excuse the amount of clutter , I’ve been here 3 years)

Block L so not the main area of the forge and feels less like an accommodation :)

Room is very spacious and bigger than the other ones in the flat, lots of storage under bed and desk along with a nightstand, shelf, drawer, wardrobe and 2 shelf’s on walls.

Shower is NOT electric (we love good water pressure )

Shared kitchen and living room.

Great location for Hallam (10 min walk) current flatmates go to uni of Sheffield.

Train station 10 minute walk away.

Aldi around the corner.

Close to the moor for shopping.

Next to london road (lots of take aways)
