Looking for a Queer friendly housemate :)

Hey!

We are looking for kind and cool person to join our queer house.

We are a fairly introverted but friendly and laidback bunch - we all like a balance between hanging out and getting on with our own thing. We’re friendly with the 3 houses next to ours who are also mid 20s to 30s in age and LGBQT friendly, which is a really nice perk. Our house is mostly vegetarian but we don’t mind if you aren’t!

Myself and the other two housemates work/study in Sheffield.
As a house we have individual interests including community, history, nature, conservation, languages, live music, running, cooking, sharing music/film with each other. I love to wild swim, would be keen to go for swim with you!

The room available is on the second floor, overlooking the garden. It's fully furnished with a double bed + mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside drawers, desk and chair.

There is (non-permit) on street parking with a garage under the house for storage. I have a car and don't usually struggle to park (sometimes might just have to go a very short distance from the house).
The steep garden at the back has a patio where the neighbourhood cats are often wandering through.

The location is great with the pubs, restaurants and local shops of Eccy Road and Sharrow Vale Road nearby, and Endcliffe park just around the corner. The city centre is about 30 mins walk and the Peaks are just a 10 minute drive or a bus ride in the opposite direction. In other words we're a full package :D

The rent includes council tax but not internet, water or energy which we pay separately (approx. £70pm). The room is available to move from 1st August and you're welcome to come and view the house and ask any questions. If this sounds tasty please drop us a message we wanna meet you :P
