I'm a doctor, so I often work long shifts and spend extended periods away from home. This means you'll frequently have the house to yourself, making it a peaceful place to live.

I don't currently have any pets, although I'm considering getting a kitten in the next few months, so it's worth mentioning if you have allergies.

I'm looking for someone who is friendly, considerate and easy to live with. Ideally, you'll keep shared areas clean and tidy and communicate about guests and overnight visitors, rather than having people over unexpectedly. This is important for me as I often work out of hours and night shifts.
