Who we are
A small family — two adults and a 5-year-old. The house is calm, clean and respectful. We're friendly and easy to live with, and equally happy to give you your space.
Who we're looking for
Working professionals or full-time students. Non-smoking. Tidy, considerate, and comfortable sharing a home with a young child. No pets. References and proof of employment or study required.
The agreement
This is a lodger arrangement (licence to occupy), as the room is in our own home and we live here. Maximum term six months, with a written agreement provided. £525 deposit payable on move-in, returned at the end of the term subject to the condition of the room.
Location
Walkley (S6) — close to local shops, bus routes into the city centre, and within easy reach of both universities and the hospitals.
