En-Suite Double Room in lovely 3 Bed House Share!

Me & my flatmate Martha need a new housemate for the attic room in our ~gommune~ (girl/commune)

The house share has a beautiful, slightly wild garden with the house next door - who are our long-term friends (also ladies too!) We have food compost, lots of flowers and space to plant veggies & herbs. Always weeding to do too!

Martha is a PHD student in heart disease who loves biking, ballet and is a mean cook! I (Georgia) am a young professional in hospitality, trying to pursue a career in art and crafts (sculpting, collaging and sewing). I am a smoker too but only outside and I have a beautiful tuxedo cat called Freddie. He’s a gentle 8 year old boy, slightly irritating when he’s keen for food in a morning but chill otherwise.

Martha & I both enjoy our own down time in the house separately, but mostly spend mornings/evenings in the garden or house together. We have known each other since October so a fairly new relationship.

Available is a huge attic room with en-suite and 2 windows (our current housemate Becca is using the space to downsize her collection of things, so slight chaos in the pictures) - includes a shower & loo. No furniture will be included.

We have a decent sized living-room with a bay window and lots of plants - a back living/dining room and a kitchen. We don’t have a microwave!

We really enjoy a clean, safe space - someone who is happy doing their part of cleaning and likes a calm environment would be ideal. No students please but PHD’s welcome.
