Living with three sound second-year lads. Walking distance to Hallam city campus and close to Uni of Sheffield. I’m most likely moving cities for uni (confirmed by mid-August), so looking to line someone up now for a straight tenancy takeover — done properly through the letting agent (Steel City Living) with standard referencing, and you’d take over my £200 deposit (DPS protected).
