Large Double Room in a 2-Bed end of terrace house available from 28th July!

I’m looking for a housemate who enjoys a bit of social time, who I can enjoy the odd trip to the pub with, but also liked their own space.

A bit about me… i work shifts as a retail manager, some days I’m up and out at 5am, others not until 8am, a housemate who does the same or is comfortable with this would be ideal. I enjoy a good film, great food and a lot of rubbish TV.

I’ve got a furnished room available, including double bed with under bed storage, a 3 door wardrobe, a chest of 4 drawers, bedside unit and large mirror.
There is also a shared bathroom with shower over bath, shared living room and kitchen downstairs with separate utility room with washing machine as well as a large yard space which is a total sun trap!

The house is situated on a main road, with a bus stop directly outside with routes directly into town and across Sheffield. If you walk for around 5-10mins will get you to the train station or to Norfolk Park, 20-30mins to walk into the centre of town.
