Laid back and homely house share. Living in house is myself live in landlady and another female. We will sometimes watch TV and eat together. We are also both out of the house quite a bit seeing friends ect. Both mostly don't work from home. Bi monthly cleaner included in price.
House has garden, spacious living room and dining room.
We both like to trail run and both love food!

The room is available from 4th August but move in date can be flexible. We both see the house as a home and would be nice to find another housemate who feels the same way!
House is located between Crookes and Walkley. There is a bus stop outside house and we are a 5 minute walk from shops. Also located next to bolehill park. 🌿 🏠
