We are pleased to provide luxury rooms in a shared property for those looking for a safe and comfortable place to stay short term. The rooms are available on a 5/6 month basis and are not provided by a Periodic Tenancy but rather a Holiday Let Agreement.

The rent is fully inclusive of bills including internet and occupants can enjoy a simple hassle free experience.

Some rooms in the property are dedicated to short terms guests. All occupants are free to use the shared kitchen, lounge/dining area and toilet, where there is no en-suite attached to a room.

The house is situated close to Norfolk Park. It provides direct access to the city centre, by foot, car or public transport, within minutes and is about a 6 minute walk from the Granville Road/Sheffield College tram stop. The location allows for easy access to entertainment centres, shops, restaurants, train station, bus station, council offices and numerous business. From this property there is easy access to the heart of the city.
