I am looking a lodger to share the house I rent and have with a friend. We are both pretty queit and easy going, generally keep ourselves to ourselves with some socialising.
We are looking for a 3rd person to take the attic room which is the quietest and most private part of the whole house. The room is furnished and has great views over the back gardens.
There are 2 cats in the house but they are very well trained and no bother but that does mean the house isn't suitable for people who already have a pet and want to bring them.
