Room for rent in S12, available from September 2026. All bills included, bigger main bedroom £500pcm, smaller double room £450pcm.
Kitchen and toilet were recently renovated, the bedroom carpet and furniture would be changed to better looking ones. Dining room might be renovated as well.
I'll keep a small room for myself to stay occasionally, but I barely stay in Sheffield. I'm usually out of UK in winter (November till March or April).
I'm a rock climbing instructor and travel all over the world for climbing trips. Easygoing person and fun to be with. I could be socialising or being very quiet. I wish to have someone honest and decent staying in the house. I can give free climbing lessons and we could workout together while I'm in Sheffield.
I also have 2 pieces of land in peak district, if u r into camping or bushcraft, you could have fun using that.
