Small Room in a Creative Household

Hi :)

I've got a small room available in a 3 bed house. The house itself is quite cosy - there's a small kitchen, a lounge with a stove, a music room 🎶, and a sizeable garden with a bike shed and more recently a nice veg border along the wall!

I'm a musician myself hence the music room I've put some effort in to making nice with a fair amount of equipment, so the room may suit someone also in to making music!

We also live with 3 outdoor cats, 2 of which are mine and the other is my housemate's so obviously if you like felines that would also be beneficial. All in all we're a pretty quiet household but enjoy going to the pub, movies etc. The house is also quite decently situated in Sharrow Vale but also quite close to the city centre.
