The accommodation is arranged over two floors. Downstairs is a cosy furnished double bedroom with plenty of built-in drawer storage. Upstairs, you’ll have your own private living area, kitchen and bathroom, giving the space the feel of a little apartment while still being part of the house.

The attic level is light and airy with a large Velux window and lovely views across Sheffield. The kitchen is fitted with an oven, hob, sink, fridge and storage, and there’s a separate lounge area with space to relax.

You’ll also have your own shower room and toilet, so there’s no need to share bathroom facilities. This is an alcohol-free home, as I’m in recovery, so I ask that no alcohol is kept or consumed in the house. This doesn’t mean you need to be sober yourself — I have absolutely no issue with someone drinking socially or going out for drinks; I just need the home itself to remain alcohol-free.
