Hi everyone, I am looking for a tenancy takeover at the Elements for this September. It’s a Gold en-suite and it’s located on the fourth floor for £129pw. All utility bills included and is a shared living and kitchen space with 4 or 5 other students. The property is a 15 minute walk to Collegiate and City Campus. Tenancy Period is 12/09/26- 17/07/27 (44 weeks). The deposit is already paid for and council tax is included. Due to personal circumstances I can no longer attend Sheffield Hallam University.
