Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my contract for my accommodation, The room is spacious and comes with an ensuite, The kitchen is shared between the flatmates. I've already paid the deposit and if you take over the tenancy you can already move in and live there up until August 29th, after which you can leave your stuff there and move back in when the contract starts back up on the 12th of September, it is a 51 week contract and ends on the 4th of September next year.
