House share in Handsworth

Hi there

Im Jake and I'm a young professional working in the NHS. Some days i work from home, others in clinic (free mental health advice!). I'm clean and tidy, active and like to cook a lot as well as see my mates which youre welcome to join in all. I dont mind what profession you are ie im happy with students. Ive had pets before so more than welcome.

Ideally, im looking for someone who is a similar age with similar interests who could be a friend as well as a housemate.

You can decorate or move things around in the room as you like. The house comes fully furnished but we can talk about moving things in/out as need be. I can also add things like shelves in if you want. I have a lovely garden area I like to make use of also but youre welcome to help with gardening too

Theres also a drive and on street parking. Transport to town is excellent with a train station nearby and a few busses. Also, Im happy to lift share as I drive.

The fee includes all bills. Im council tax band a so youd need to contribute unless youre a student.
