Two Rooms Available in Lovely, Light-Filled House

I have two furnished rooms available in a light, bright semi-detached house in a lovely, quiet part of Sheffield.

Room 1: Available from 25 August 2026
Room 2: Available from 15 October 2026
Rent: £500 per room/month, including bills
Available until: May/June 2027

The rent is reduced because the house comes with two resident cats – friendly, self-sufficient 2-year-olds who will be staying in their home while I’m away. I’m looking for people who genuinely like cats and are happy to give them their food, care, company and affection. All costs associated with the cats are fully covered by me, including food and any other supplies, which will be ordered and delivered to the house. There is no financial responsibility for the cats – just day-to-day care and plenty of love.

The house

It's a light and bright semi-detached home with a garden, plenty of on-street parking and lovely neighbours. It’s a relaxed, comfortable home rather than a typical student house.

The house is on the 95 bus route, with the city centre around 15 minutes away, and is close to Bole Hill Park, Rivelin Valley and easy access towards the Peak District – ideal if you enjoy walking, running or getting out into nature.

It would particularly suit postgraduate students, researchers, visiting lecturers/academics or professionals looking for a comfortable Sheffield base for several months.

No additional pets, please. The house is also not particularly suitable for children.

Most importantly, I’m looking for considerate, reliable people who will enjoy the house and garden and be happy to have two lovely cats as their housemates.
